For the last year and a half, I have tried, as hard as it is for me, to eat a more healthy diet. The results are that I’ve shed around 30 lbs.
Every once in a while though, I’m in a hurry or just lazy, and I cheat.
Yesterday was one of those mornings and I have a box of pop tarts in my desk for just these situations. While reading the news, drinking my coffee and eating my pop tart, I came accross this picture of the cousin of the frosted, strawberry pop tart I was subsituting for a healthy breakfast.
Busted, but kind of funny.
At least I’m man enough to admit this.
Everyone is entitled to cheat every now and then. For me, it’s a Snickers.

Did you know that a box of pop tarts losses 10 percent of its calories for every month it’s kept in a desk drawer? Yup, if that box is just 3 months old, it only has 70% of the calories listed on the box. So just buy a new box every month, note the date, and eat the oldest one first.
