Light, What Light?
Do you ever feel like your body’s “check engine” light has been on and you are still driving it like “nah, it’ll be fine”? Yeah, me too.
And so it goes as we age. 60 may be the new 40, but 9:00 is the new midnight! I finally got 8 hours of sleep. It took me 3 nights, but whatever. It still beats the alternative.
