More On Leaders

Strong leaders surround themselves with individuals comfortable challenging them and proposing alternative perspectives.

Weak leaders remove those who disagree with them and feel threatened, offended, and attacked when their team challenges their ideas and opinions.

This is so true! One of my early workplaces was very toxic, but I couldn’t recognize it because I was so naive. Now that I’ve experienced both, it really is clear on day one.
