Well, It Is Wednesday Night

A Little Night Music, aka Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, aka Serenade #13 in G Major,  is a 1787 composition by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. (1756-1791)

It was not published however, until 1827, long after Mozart’s death at age 35.

Regarded as Mozart’s most famous work, he himself regarded it as a “simple serenade”.

Who doesn’t recognize the opening notes?

Performed by the Slovak Chamber Orchestra.

Feeling some nostalgia for the 1700’s

It brings about the feelings of late summer, a night time concert inside a large courtyard with women in their best dresses and men in their finest wigs looking up a clear sky emersed in a universe of beauty.
