The inventor of the treadmill died at the age of 54
The inventor of gymnastics died at 57
The world bodybuilding champion died at 41
The best footballer in the world died at 60
But. . .
The inventor of KFC died at 94
The inventor of Nutella died at 88
The cigarette maker Winston died at 102
The inventor of opium died at 116. . . in an earthquake.
The inventor of Hennessy died at 98
How did doctors come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?
The rabbit is always jumping but it lives for around two years and the turtle that doesn’t exercise at all can live over 200 years.
In closing . . . rest, chill, eat, drink, and enjoy what time you have.
Life is short and dead is for a very long time.
Enjoy life while you can.
note: I did not engage an independent fact-checker to test my claims.
What a surprise, or maybe shock! As I’m getting ready to eat my meatless dinner tonight I might be a little less impressed with myself. LOL!

I think a lot of longevity has to do with genetics…. and not stepping out in front of a moving truck. Last time I checked with CDC, the death rate was still 100%. It’s just a matter of how and when. So with that piece of wisdom, enjoy your day.

While my daughters are Nutella fans, I’ve never developed a taste for it. But, you do have a point there.
