“The explanation of triumph is all in the first syllable”

-Zig Ziglar

And speaking of trying and triumph, here is a song by the boys from Canada performed in 1982.

Fight The Good Fight, originally from the Allied Forces Record (1981)

You and I like much of the same music. Fight the Good Fight is one of my favorite Triumph songs. I was just listening to it on YouTube tonight before I was your post.

The mid 1970’s into 80’s was the best time for music and great concert bands. I’m going to sound like my father, but this crap they call music today is hideous….. except for Blackberry Smoke….they are keeping “Southern Rock” alive

I think most people think the music they grow up with is the best, but occasionally I’ll read a comment from a fourteen-year-old who says something like, “Give me more of this. I’m so sick of Justin Bieber and all of the crap that I have to listen to today.”

I’ve been listening to rock and roll since the 1960s, and I’ve never had trouble finding music I like. (Even today in 2020.)

some good old rock ‘n roll…

  4. I have always liked Triumph. This song in particular. I am one who most the time can’t understand the words of the song except the chorus. But I boogie to it aanyway.
