Is it that society devolved so far that mothers need this reminder?
Does life now have so little value that a mother will abandon her baby despite resources available to her?
Do I live in a sanitized bubble?
I suppose that it’s possible that the mother is poor and can’t provide for a child.
But, am I the only one who wonders where the money comes from to pay for a smartphone to see an Instagram post or to go to the website?
I’ve always been a big fan of the NJSP, but I’m perplexed.
What am I missing?
I don’t think we can ever understand what goes on in the minds of these, mostly girls, who become so desperate…

I’d like to think that offering a safe place allows a child a better life.

The above got me thinking too. Especially expensive smartphones

I am pretty sure you do not live in a sanitized bubble Ray. I wonder if is because we just cannot understand that in our throw away culture people see babies as throw away items also. That part is totally beyond what my brain can wrap itself around.
