Why Can’t I find The Answer?

Doesn’t it often seem that we are constantly looking for answers to life’s big questions?

More often than not (at least for me) I don’t like the answers I  unearth.

from Lisa’s website

One of my blogging buddies and neighbor in real life is Lisa Anne Tindal. A retired mental health professional, she has found her bliss as a grandma, artist, and writer.

The other day she posted a story that grabbed me and I still can’t let it go.  I continue to search for the reasons and what in her words called to me? Or, maybe it was God talking to me again, just using the words to get my attention?

“I’m still standing. I am well.”

We all have struggles.  Some are flashed on the front pages of the paper, some known only to a circle of friends,  and some only to the face in the mirror and God.

What do you see in the story, Grace and Tests?

Maybe your answers may help me find mine?

  2. Thank you Ray for this link. I have never read Lisa’s writing. I am going to have to and yes….I am going to have to reread this particular post of hers a few more times to fully take it in.

Growing up,we were taught that God does not give us any problem or trial that we cannot handle. There is a reason for its existence and time will tell as to what the reason it may be as we were told. Perhaps IMO to become a better person. A Chinese saying states—Every crisis is an opportunity.
