Old Numbers

And so it goes as we age.

60 may be the new 40, but 9:00  is the new midnight!

I finally got 8 hours of sleep. It took me 3 nights, but whatever.

It still beats the alternative.

You are preaching to the choir. Lately, I’m on this vicious cycle of getting four hours in one chunk, tossing, turning, reading and then, getting another hour and half before I have to get up. Ugh.

Just be aware that once you volunteer to baby-sit your soon-to-be born grandchild, the sleep cycle varies also. You will be going into sleep debt and falling asleep might come easy for you afterwards.Just saying.

Just chatting last night about new sleep times with the over 70 crowd. Can’t ’ wait till you get to babysit for a weekend. I have friends who are raising their grandkids. Naps are essential.
