Hurry, Boy

Al Yankovic, like Laphroaig Scotch and Monty Python movies, is an acquired taste.

I’ve acquired a taste for all three over the years.

Maybe it is his Polish heritage and the accordion injected into his work?

Maybe it is just because he is funny?

I will be taking several days off from blogging as I finish  a short story that I never thought I would tell, but now can.

So, as I prepare to share a very serious tale, I will leave you with something frivolous and light-hearted.   Al, with his hair cut, is the guy in the white sweater, with some great moves.   Here is a link to the story behind this, in and of itself funny.

About Ray V.

Living between Aiken & Charleston,, South Carolina, USA, I like to share what I am looking at, thinking about or listening to. I refer to this as the view out my window. Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks for the link to the NPR story. I was wondering why Weird Al was in the video.
