A “Volume Up” Christmas

I believe it was  Steve Layman who stated something along the lines of that “It’s not Christmas until these guys show up in town”

He was referring to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

I  had the joy of seeing them perform three years in a row, each time sitting in a different area of the venue and it’s amazing how that changes your experience. The best though, was second row, center seats with our daughter Jelly, just to the left of Alex Skolnick.

Through those shows, I was introduced to the individual work of Alex Skolnick, Anna Phoebe, and Al Pitrelli, who is the guitarist featured in the video below.

Anyone who has ever experienced a TSO show will tell you that it is the best concert they have ever been to.

Catch them if you can.
