The Response

A few weeks ago, I published a post on what is going on in the Catholic Church.

It was titled, An Insider, An Outsider and it is worth reading as is the link to Fr. Longenecker’s column.IMG_5212

I promised that I would follow up with my understanding of why the problem exists.

Realizing that I’m not as smart as I think I am, I did a little searching and I came across this 22-minute homily (sermon) from Rev. Robert Altier from Minnesota.

Each of the points he makes, I have read/heard in the past as a student of my church. I believe his explanation to be very accurate.
