It’s Good For Your Body, It’s Good For Your Soul.

It’s been often said, by men much smarter than me,  that as you get older, your favorite music is still from your high school/college days.

Can I get an “Amen”?

With Megan healing from her surgery and coming home tomorrow, it’s time for an uplifting, albeit not a quiet song. Thanks to the hundreds of folks who reached out with best wishes and prayers for Megan on the blog and on FB. I think she was trending this week.

From the 1974 album, “The Hoople”  (My parents were not fans.)

It was my freshman year in HS and The Hoople is still one of my favorite albums

“The golden age of rock and roll will never die,
As long as children feel the need to laugh and cry.”
