Selby (L) and Martha, after a few hours running around in the yard chasing each other.
Selby and Martha are enjoying their time at “Camp Visotski for Your Daughters Dogs”, visiting with their three “cousins” that live here year round.
Megan made it through the 9-hour surgery and according to her surgeon it went “textbook perfect.”
I saw her briefly last night (she was still sedated) before I had to head home to work today, but Alicia is there until she gets released, probably tomorrow.
Thanks for all the prayers and comments.
Note to Management: Nothing but good things to say about the folks that spend their working (and volunteer) days and nights at East Cooper Medical Center in Mt.Pleasant, SC. Not a single person I interacted with over the two, full days I was there, was anything less than wonderful and completely accommodating.
What an amazing shot! Dogs have it figured out.

I love the symmetry of the pale dog with the black pillow behind and the black dog with the pale pillow. Artistry, dogs – sheer artistry. I am also happy that your daughter has made it through her surgery with flying colours and that the care is worthy of high praise from you – no one can hope for more but more should take their leaves from your book and give thanks where it is due to those that give gracefully because they can not because they should.

What wonderful news, Ray! Now for the recuperation and preparation for the next phase.
And I agree with Osyth… that picture is amazing!
