“Complex Carbs”, brought to you by Doug, the Eclectic One.

Doug was the guy who got me started blogging in February 2010.

He told me it was fun.

Our waistlines are proof that we have enjoyed our share of complex carbs over the years, sometimes with other bloggers, like Kurt or Steve.

Doug and I have called each other “friend” for almost 15 years now and we have been through a lot together. His blog is Eclecticity Light and I encourage you to go there and expand your mind.
